Get Syncro is a WEB service that allows you to quickly and easily connect to the major e-commerce platforms and couriers on the market. Through its connectors, it is able on the one hand to acquire e-commerce orders and on the other hand to send information to couriers, for the printing of shipping waybills. This promotes flexible logistics management and easy generation of supporting documentation.

 

Get Syncro, moreover, is able to communicate with third-party systems, such as: ERP, CMS, MES, WMS, TMS. Get Syncro is based on an HA (High Availability with Failover Cluster) hardware infrastructure to ensure Business Continuity in any operational reality. It enjoys high scalability, thanks to the Cloud Computing structure on which it is based, allowing it to offer an S.L.A of no less than 99.8 %. No Plug-In required, no third-party software required. Direct communication via APIRest.

Get Syncro is able to connect with some of the most popular e-commerce platforms (CMS). The connection allows synchronization of the following basic master data :

 

– Articles
– Barcodes Articles
– Combinations/Variants
– Orders

 

in addition to updating the following information on the e-commerce site:

 

– Item Inventory
– Order Status
– Order Tracking Number.

 

The integration consists of using the Web Service API of the E-Commerce site to perform the download and upload of information according to a specific schedule. Therefore, no Plug-In software or third-party modules are required to communicate with Get Syncro.

INTEGRATED PLATFORM

The document and mission management module of GetSyncro’s Packing (DDT) can communicate with couriers for the generation and printing of waybills. The connector can be activated by configuring specific parameters in the courier and client settings. Communication takes place using the courier’s publicly exposed Web Services APIs on their information systems.

 

JSEVEN integrates a connector capable of communicating with the courier’s APIs, offering the following services:

 

Waybill: the customer’s waybill is automatically printed with all the shipment information..

Shipment Tracking : users have the ability to check the shipment tracking by accessing a web consultation area.

Email Notifications : the end user will receive email notifications regarding changes in the shipment status.
